Once we receive your order, we will process a refund. Please note that we only accept new, unworn items.

To exchange a product, you can return it to us within 60 days. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive the products, we can refund the amount to your original payment method.

You can then place a new order for your desired products.

We will endeavor to provide a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal and cancel the purchase contract for an item that included a free product, you must return both the item and the free product. The free product is part of the purchase contract and will be treated as such. If you return only the item, we reserve the right to deduct the value of the free product from your refund amount.

It's important to us to promote sustainable practices and make a positive contribution to climate protection. Therefore, we focus on conscious and resource-efficient production. This way, we avoid overproduction and reduce unnecessary material use.

Sustainability also plays a major role for us when it comes to returns, as returns involve additional transport routes, packaging materials, and energy consumption, all of which have a negative impact on the environment. Therefore, we do not cover return shipping costs. We hope this leads to more conscious purchasing decisions and our customers only order items they truly want to keep.

For hygiene reasons, you cannot exchange previously worn products. An exchange is only possible if the product is unworn.

Our domestic delivery time is 5-7 business days. In Europe, it's approximately 5-14 business days, depending on the country. On holidays like Christmas, things can, of course, take a little longer.
